Over the years JR has worked with the "whos who" of Caribbean music. Some of the artists include  Ital Roots; Babylon Warriors; Dells and the Sensations; Cross Culture; The Dominators; Sapodilla; Better Rhythm; Judah Starr; Upstream and the Wailing Souls, Mighty Sparrow; David Rudder; Denise Plummer, Calypso Rose, Duke, Crazy, Shadow and Baron to name a few.

Some of the American artists he has also performed with include:   Rolling Stones (recording  - played keyboard), Vince Charles, David Arkenstone, Tom Scott, Ralph McDonald, Michael Utley, Chris Parker, Will Lee, Mr. VanDyke Parks, Hussain Jiffrey, Phil Chen, John Ballinger, Abe Laboriel, Rock Deadrick.

A couple of TV shows JR has recently performed on include "Deal or No Deal" and MTV. In the past he also performed on numerous set parties for film and television shows including Hook, The Bold and the Beautiful, Roc, Evening Shade and Michael Jackson Video Party to name a few. For many years he performed for Universal Studios and has a long history of performing at high-profile events for a wide variety of movie stars and politicians.

JR was the musical director/arranger of a concert held at Royce Hall, UCLA, California which featured David Rudder, Calypso Rose, Robert Greenidge and The Mighty Sparrow sponsored by Mr. VanDyke Parks.
